What is JEE Advanced?
JEE Advanced exam is conducted for admission to M.Tech programmes offered at 17 IITs and 5 NITs. The exam is held twice a year for admission to various Master’s and integrated Master’s programmes offered in the country. JEE Advanced 2019 exam is conducted on Sunday, April 8 and Monday, April, 15, 2019. The Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur has confirmed that the result will be released on April 25. JEE Advanced is the gateway to the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT), India’s elite engineering schools. Eligibility Criteria for JEE Advanced

Nationality requirement
JEE Advanced is based on their performance in class 12th. For NRIs, the minimum age to take the exam is 24 years whereas for Indian citizens, the age limit is 21 years. For candidates of reserved category (SC/ST/OBC), the age limit is 20 years. Candidate should be a class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board, university or institution or Candidate should be pursuing any professional engineering course.
